from the great insight from breathing and smiling
and deeply abiding with states that arise

crazy, will it ever abate and they say if I just stay patient

I see the mind is agitated these sensations lead to states of
fragmentation breaking concentration making concepts subject object
based on baseless context taking me on daydreams till I've lost the plot
I'm not awakening I just feel more agitated

I've seen that it all takes shape, there's a way to break this cycle
shine a light invite more mindfulness till bliss makes the mind go quiet
silence
even just for a minute till volitions are diminished but they seem to never finish
i just see them as a ripple or I catch them once they've risen
and it's pulled me to division yet again

That's fine with me, could fight for weeks, now I just smile and breathe
And if I don't identify me with fleeting dreams then I can see release
and I feel finally free
And I can be.... and I can breathe

And it's damn fantastic, I am the planet, I am the atoms
